The inspiration for the new shop fixtures was a combination of a Turkish mosque and the Red
Fort in Delhi, India. Two case types were designed: one unit to showcase sheets and bedding and deeper units with hang bars for clothes and big pillows. The deeper units featured domed tops while the sheet fixtures had carved fretwork and arched detailing, and both units had minaret towers on their corners. The fixtures were painted a soft sandstone pink to reference the many forts in Rajasthan India, where much of the textiles are made.
